Customers are responsible for any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes that may apply to their purchase.

Customs & International orders

All of Masakali orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses to your provided shipping address via DHL / FEDEX / Australia Post. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL / FEDEX / Australia Post to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. Payment is required prior to delivery, at the point when the shipment arrives at the customs checkpoint. Once the customs duties have been settled, the shipment is then released and promptly delivered to its destination.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Sarees with stitched blouses are also non-returnable.

  • Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.

  • Any item that is being returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Products that are proven to be used, damaged, soiled, or even to smell like fragrance cannot be returned or exchanged. Masakali will reship to the customer directly.

  • Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.

  • Returns are subject to approvals.

Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?

  • We will accept returns within 15 days of product been delivered

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item to us with tracking information by sending an email to shopatmasakali@gmail.com The cost of return shipping and any customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer which are non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?

  • You will get your refund in 25-30 days.
    Please Note: As soon as you ship the product and we receive it in India , it takes 20-25 working days for the product to reach our warehouse. It then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
